INGREDIENTS
- 0.6 l water
- 200 g tofu
- tablespoon dried wakame seaweed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 spring onions
- 60 g miso paste
- handful of coriander for serving
- teaspoon of sesame for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add dried wakame seaweed to the boiling water and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, spring onion into thin slices, and coriander finely.
- 2Add the chopped tofu, spring onion, and soy sauce to the boiling water and simmer for another 5 minutes, then thoroughly stir in the miso paste. Continue to cook for the last five minutes until the paste is completely dissolved. Serve with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
