  • 400 ml Tuzemák
  • 250 ml whipping cream, min. 31%
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 packs of Salko sweetened condensed milk (800 g)

Briefly blend the cream, egg yolks, and Salko together. Add Tuzemák to taste. Pour into clean bottles. Store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to a week.

Chef's tip

You can add Tatra condensed milk to the eggnog to taste. It is unsweetened condensed milk, so you can use it to partially tone down the sweetness of the liqueur. Add Tuzemák to taste. The bottles must be perfectly clean and dry.
