This wild ingredient has been experiencing an incredible culinary boom lately. And we are not surprised at all. It smells and tastes like classic garlic and holds an honorable place in both cold and hot cuisine. Moreover, it contains lots of vitamins and beneficial substances. So come to us for some bear strength.

How to handle it in the kitchen
If wild garlic is still a big unknown for you, there's no need to worry. It is handled similarly to leafy spinach. When it meets heat, it loses volume and its preparation won't take much of your time. And if you prefer cold cuisine, it also excels in that.
