Dark bitter chocolate with banana flavor is made from selected cocoa beans using the bean-to-bar method directly at the Herufek chocolate factory. It contains at least 70% cocoa solids and is not sweetened with added sugar.
The chocolate offers a rich taste and is ideal for preparing a hot beverage.
Usage
Pour 3 tablespoons into warm water or milk (180 ml) and gradually heat. Stir with a whisk to create foam until the chocolate blends at a temperature of 60–70 °C. Serve warm.
About the producer
Herufek s.r.o. is a family-owned chocolate factory from South Moravia that focuses on processing cocoa beans with an emphasis on quality. It collaborates with farmers from the Toledo region in Belize, where the beans come from more than 300 small farmers. It uses the fermentation method provided by Maya Mountain Cacao and processes the varieties Amelonado and Upper Amazon Forastero hybrids. Herufek s.r.o. also works with MOTMOT Company to produce chocolate with coffee beans, combining two family businesses.
