Aetos Alcohol Free Sauvignon Blanc is a non-alcoholic wine (0.4% vol. ) with a light straw color and greenish highlights. On the nose it offers citrus with subtle herbal notes; on the palate it is clean and refreshing, with pleasant acidity and a longer finish.
The grapes are processed gently and the wine is dealcoholized by vacuum distillation at low temperature. Variety: Sauvignon Blanc, region: Valle Central, residual sugar: dry, vintage: depending on current availability. Ideal as an aperitif and with salads, fish, seafood, or oysters.
Use
Serve chilled at 8–12 °C.
