Aetos Alcohol Free Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied and well-balanced alcohol-free red wine of a deep ruby color. On the nose you’ll find blackcurrant, blackberries, and a hint of cocoa.
The taste is fruity with gentle tannins and a smooth finish. After harvest, it undergoes gentle processing and dealcoholization by vacuum distillation at a low temperature. Region: Valle Central, vintage: according to current availability, dry, alcohol 0.4% vol. Suitable with pasta, grilled vegetables, and lighter meats.
