RUMMO Rigatoni N. 50 are Italian pasta shaped like large tubes with pronounced ridges. Thanks to their shape, they hold thick sauces well and are also suitable for baked dishes.

The RUMMO brand highlights slow “time-based” processing and production using bronze dies, which help sauces cling better. Rigatoni work well in meat ragùs as well as vegetable sauces, and they keep a firm texture during cooking for an al dente consistency.

Use

Add to boiling salted water and cook for 11 minutes. Serve with ragù, thick sauces, or use in baked pasta dishes.
