- 160 g wholemeal spelt plain flour
- 1 egg
- 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
- Salt
- 170 g cottage cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix spelt flour, cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Knead the resulting dough with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
- 2Let the bowl with the finished dough rest for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 3From the rested dough, gradually shape 4 equally sized buns and place them on the lined baking sheet. Then transfer the baking sheet with the buns to the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes at 165–170 °C. The baked buns should be golden on the surface and soft when pressed.
