  • 60 g onion
  • 800 g frozen spinach leaves
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 150 ml cream
  • Clove of garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the onion and cut it into pieces. Sauté it in a pot with ghee. Add spinach and let it thaw.

    Add broth, garlic, salt, and cream. Blend with an immersion blender. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan.
