Ingredients
- 190 g canned tuna
- 2 pcs Kornbaguette
- 100 g Lučina
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pc red onion
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 handful chives
Instructions
- 1Place eggs in hot water and boil them hard for 8-10 minutes.
- 2Finely chop the onion, chives, and capers. Open the tuna can and drain the liquid.
- 3Place all ingredients except the egg into a bowl and mix. Season with salt and add a pinch of pepper to taste. Slice the baguette and spread with the mixture.
- 4Garnish with egg and chives.
