Ingredients

  • 280 g blanched almonds
  • 500 ml cream
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 360 g bananas
  • 18 g cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 g baking powder

    In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In another, whisk the egg yolks with coconut oil. Stir the egg yolks and milk into the dry mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the whipped egg whites.

    Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 °C. Let it cool in the refrigerator.

    Then, hollow out the cake base, about 2 cm from the edge and 1 cm deep. Slice the bananas and place them on the cake base, then layer whipped cream mixed with crushed chocolate pieces on top. Cover the cream mound with the hollowed-out cake crumbs to create a molehill.
