INGREDIENTS
- 330 g apples
- 200 g ground poppy seeds
- 100 g banana (optional)
- 40 g shredded coconut
- 15 g coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 packet baking powder
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Baking paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and coarsely grate the apples. It's better to choose red apples that don't have as much juice. If you have green ones and they release a lot of juice when grated, drain it. Mix with ground poppy seeds. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Add the other ingredients - coconut, eggs, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix everything together.
- 2Line the baking pan with parchment paper, then place the dough on it. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes. If the pan size is different, adjust the baking time accordingly.
Tip
The pan should be 25 x 15 cm.
