  • 80 g semi-fat curd cheese
  • 1/3 banana
  • Chicory syrup
  • Espresso or other strong coffee
  • Cocoa for decoration

    Brew strong coffee, sweeten it with chicory syrup, and let it cool.

    Prepare a suitable dish - you can prepare one serving in a wide glass, or if you're making more servings, you can use a baking dish.

    Dip a biscuit into the coffee for about 2 seconds and place it at the bottom of the dish. Arrange sliced banana on top of it and spread with curd cheese. Continue with another dipped biscuit, banana, and curd cheese until you create the desired number of layers (here, three).
