    First, prepare the tofu and carrot. Grate the tofu on a coarse grater, and the carrot finely.

    Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, add the tofu, carrot, spices, and sauté for approximately 3 minutes.

    Then mix the mixture with curd and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with rye or wholemeal bread.
