Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan. Scrape the contents of the can of condensed milk into a bowl, pour in the butter and add 150-160 g of coconut. Mix everything together and let it firm up and stiffen in the fridge for at least an hour or until the next day.

After removing from the fridge, check the mixture to see if it can be shaped into balls. If not, thicken it with a little more coconut, but you shouldn't need more than 40-50 g.

Lay two paper napkins on top of each other and sprinkle the coconut intended for coating onto them. Spoon out pieces of the stiffened coconut mixture, shape them slightly into balls with your fingertips, even if not completely perfect, and drop them into the prepared coconut. Coat them and only now shape the final form of the balls and, if necessary, roll them in the coconut once more. Place them into paper cups and keep them in a cool place.

Chef's tip

You will need small paper cups for preparation.
