INGREDIENTS

  • 30 leaves fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 small shallots
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • White pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallots. Wash the basil leaves and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

    Place the garlic, shallots, basil, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil into a blender.

    Add salt and freshly ground pepper. Blend the ingredients again.

    Store the vinaigrette in a sterilized glass container in the refrigerator.
Tip
The vinaigrette is excellent as a dressing for salads.
