Svěží, barevná a dokonale vyvážená mangová salsa s okurkou, jarní cibulkou, koriandrem a pálivou chilli papričkou. Skvěle se hodí ke grilovanému masu, rybám nebo jako dip k nachos.
Preparation method
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stone. Cut the flesh into small cubes of about 0.5 cm.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into the same small cubes as the mango. Clean and finely chop the spring onion. Deseed the red bell pepper and cut into cubes. Deseed and finely chop the chilli pepper.
In a bowl, mix the chopped mango, cucumber, spring onion, red bell pepper, chilli pepper, chopped coriander (or mint), lime juice (or rice vinegar), and cane sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
