  • 400 g fresh skinless salmon fillet
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt
  • 8 pieces of asparagus
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 400 ml cream for sauces with 15% fat
  • Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Wash, pat dry, and salt the salmon.

    Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put a piece of butter on each fillet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the gnocchi. Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and cut it into rounds. Do not cut the asparagus tips; leave them whole.

    Melt butter in a pan and sauté the asparagus. Then pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.

    Finally, add Parmesan to the sauce, do not cook further, just let it melt. Season with salt to taste.

    Cook the gnocchi according to package directions and mix them with the sauce.

    Serve the creamy gnocchi with the baked salmon.
