Preparation method

Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and coarsely grate into a large bowl. Add salt and let it sweat for about 15 minutes.

Then drain the water from the zucchini and coarsely grate halloumi into it.

To the mixture, add corn, eggs, flour and breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, press the garlic, add salt and pepper, and mix everything until a cohesive mixture forms that holds its shape well when you form a patty.
