INGREDIENTS
- 250 g mozzarella
- 3 tomatoes
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 sprigs of basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 avocados
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices, and the cherry tomatoes into pieces. Slice the onion into half-rings.
- 2Cut the avocado around the pit. Twist both halves to separate them. Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon, and slice it thinly.
- 3Arrange the slices of mozzarella, avocado, and tomatoes alternately on a plate so that they partially overlap like roof tiles. Place the cherry tomatoes and onion on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Drizzle the salad with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
