  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 sprigs of basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 avocados

INSTRUCTIONS

    Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices, and the cherry tomatoes into pieces. Slice the onion into half-rings.

    Cut the avocado around the pit. Twist both halves to separate them. Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon, and slice it thinly.

    Arrange the slices of mozzarella, avocado, and tomatoes alternately on a plate so that they partially overlap like roof tiles. Place the cherry tomatoes and onion on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Drizzle the salad with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
