Preparation method

Mix the flour, sugar, butter, 100 ml of milk, egg yolks, raisins, and all the spices.

In a saucepan, heat the second half of the milk, i.e., 100 ml.

Remove from the heat and crumble the yeast into it. Cover the pot with a tea towel and place it in a warm place for a while to let the yeast starter rise nicely.
