INGREDIENTS

  • 1 puff pastry (rolled out)
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Agave syrup (or honey)
  • Egg
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Mint for garnish

  • Baking paper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Grease baking paper with syrup or honey and arrange the fruit on it.

    Cut the puff pastry into rectangles. They should be 0.5 cm longer on each side than the fruit on the baking sheet.

    Place each rectangle over the fruit and wrap the fruit.

    Brush with egg and bake.
  • 5
    Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 190°C.

    The baked boats should be golden brown.
  • 7
    Remove from the oven and let rest for approx. 5 minutes.

    Carefully lift each boat with a spatula and turn it over. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
