Preparation method

Bring 2 l of water to a boil in a large pot for cooking pasta. In the meantime, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella and roughly chop a handful of basil. Put everything into a large bowl.

Once the water in the pot boils, salt it, add the pasta, and cook for 10–13 minutes over medium heat.

After cooking, drain the pasta, cool it, and then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients, along with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
