INGREDIENTS
- 2l water
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella
- 1 handful fresh basil (approx. 8 g)
- 200 g any dry wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 120 g sour cream (12% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Bring 2 l of water to a boil in a large pot for cooking pasta. In the meantime, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella and roughly chop a handful of basil. Put everything into a large bowl.
- 2Once the water in the pot boils, salt it, add the pasta, and cook for 10–13 minutes over medium heat.
- 3After cooking, drain the pasta, cool it, and then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients, along with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
- 4Remove the chilled pasta salad from the refrigerator, divide into individual portions, and serve.
