INGREDIENTS
- 4 carrots
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 medium apples
- 100 g ginger
- 150 g sea buckthorn
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Quarter the apples and remove the cores. Cut the carrots and celery into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger and cut it as well.
- 2Juice all the ingredients gradually using a juicer. Pour the finished drink into a bottle and store it in the fridge, where it will last 2-3 days. Alternatively, pour the drink into smaller bottles and store them in the freezer, where it will last even longer. Before use, let them thaw in the fridge.
SERVING
- 1Every morning before breakfast, take a shot for a boost. This immunity shot is not too strong, so your children will like it too.
Tip
If you want the shot to be more pronounced and stronger, you can mix a teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the finished drink or blend in a chili pepper. Alternatively, play around with the amount of sea buckthorn or ginger.
