Dokonale hladké dýňové pyré z pečené dýně hokkaido. Skvěle se hodí do koláčů, polévek, omáček nebo ranní ovesné kaše.

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Halve the pumpkin (do not peel), scoop out the seeds and transfer both halves to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place the baking sheet with the pumpkin in the preheated oven and bake until soft for 40–45 minutes at 170–180 °C. Let the pumpkin cool on a wire rack. Scoop out the flesh, transfer it to a bowl and blend it with a hand or stand blender until smooth.
Chef's tip
Pumpkin puree is a great base for pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie or creamy pumpkin risotto.
