SALAD
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g canned tuna in oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- handful of olives
- herbs for seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it, but do not rinse with cold water. While it's cooking, chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2For the dressing, use the drained oil from the tuna, in which you will gently sauté 1-2 cloves of sliced garlic over low heat until fragrant.
- 3In a large bowl, mix together the warm pasta, warm dressing, chopped vegetables, and flaked tuna. Season with more salt if needed. You can also add olives and fresh herbs. Only after mixing everything, transfer it to a serving bowl.
