- 500 g pre-cooked chickpeas
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 shallot
- 300 g ricotta
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Drain the water from the chickpeas. Grate the shallot and feta cheese finely and add both to the chickpeas.
- 2Chop the parsley coarsely and mix it with the chickpeas along with the ricotta, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
- 3For proper flavor blending, you can put the salad in the fridge for a while before serving.
