Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
Pour the nuts into a kitchen towel and rub them together with your hands in the towel. This will remove the skins. Pick out the nuts and place them in a blender, then blend them as finely as possible. Occasionally, you may need to stop the blender and scrape the paste from the sides to ensure the mixture is uniformly smooth.
Add coconut oil, cocoa, chicory syrup, and 60 ml of water. Blend until the ingredients combine into a smooth mixture. If you have a less powerful blender, take breaks to allow it to cope.
