- Bun or Easter wreath
- Apple
- 2 tablespoons of soft quark
- Cinnamon
- Cinnamon sugar 20 g (1 packet)
- Butter
- Chocolate for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Fry the diced apple in a little butter and add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- 2Once the apple is seared, add 10 g of cinnamon sugar.
- 3Cut 1 slice from the Easter wreath or bun and dice it, then add it to the apple and lightly fry.
- 4Mix the quark with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- 5Place the torn wreath (bun) with the apple on a plate and top with the quark.
- 6Garnish with a little grated chocolate.
