INGREDIENTS
- 4× Hermelín
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 40 g white grapes (halved)
- 20 g raisins
- 80 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Aluminum foil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, thoroughly heat up the grill and prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil in a square shape (approx. 30 × 30) cm.
- 2Place the Hermelín in the center of each aluminum foil square and drizzle each piece with honey. Top with halved grapes, raisins, coarsely chopped walnuts, dried thyme, and wrap everything up.
- 3Place the prepared Hermelín on the grill and grill in a covered grill for 8–10 minutes. If using a contact grill, grill the Hermelín for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- 4Transfer the finished Hermelín from the grill to a plate and serve immediately.
Tip
Serve the grilled Hermelín preferably with sourdough bread or baked potatoes. You can season the Hermelín to your own taste – with garlic, thyme, or for example, chili.
