CRUMBLE INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Fill an aluminum bowl of approximately 500 ml with fruit, sprinkle with granulated sugar (amount depends on how sour the fruit is), and place on the grill or on a grate over the fire. While grilling, prepare the crumble topping: mix flour with sugar, you can also add crushed blanched almonds or cinnamon, and butter. Briefly rub with your hands to form crumbs.
- 2Sprinkle the fruit in the bowl with the crumble topping and continue grilling until the fruit releases its juices and the crumble topping absorbs them, approximately 10 minutes. Everything was faster on a grate over the fire.
- 3Serve warm, you can add ice cream or whipped cream.
