Preparation method
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Whisk the eggs with Pribináček, add the dry ingredients, and briefly mix everything with a whisk.
In a wide saucepan or deep fryer, heat lard or oil to 170°C. The fat level must be high enough for the doughnuts to float freely.
Using a small spoon, scoop out pieces of dough and with oiled hands, shape them into balls. Immediately drop them into the hot fat and fry until golden brown on all sides (approx. 4 minutes). Also dip the spoon you use to scoop the dough into cold oil. You can drop the fritters directly from the spoon into the oil, but they won't all be as round. They must have enough space in the oil to float and turn freely; they will expand significantly during frying.
