INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g salmon
  • 10 g ghee
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g salad
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Spring onion

INSTRUCTIONS

    Melt the ghee in a pan and place the salted salmon in it. Let it sear for a while, then cover with a lid so the salmon cooks through nicely.

    Cook the potatoes until tender and prepare a salad, drizzling it with olive oil.

    Drizzle the cooked salmon with lemon, sprinkle the potatoes with spring onion, and serve.
