INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the dough for the gnocchi. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water until soft, then peel them once cooled. Grate the potatoes finely and place them in a large bowl. Add both types of flour, salt, and egg to create a compact dough.
- 2Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll them into a log, then cut into centimeter-sized pieces and form into balls. You can use a fork to create a ridged pattern. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain them once they float to the surface.
- 3Next, prepare the sauce. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in heated oil, then add chopped chicken pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
- 4Once the chicken is seared, add chopped spinach. When the spinach softens, add cream and simmer for a while. Add the cooked gnocchi to the finished sauce in the pan and mix thoroughly.
