- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 shallot
- 300 g ricotta
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Drain the water from the chickpeas. Grate the shallot and feta cheese finely and add both to the chickpeas.
- 2Roughly chop the parsley and mix it into the chickpeas along with the ricotta, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
- 3For a proper blending of flavors, you can put the salad in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
