  • Cucumber
  • Teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of olive oil
  • 500 g of Greek yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 20 g of chives
  • 30 g of mint

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel and grate the cucumber. Place the grated cucumber in a sieve over a bowl. Add a little salt on top and let it drain for about 2 hours.

    Then mix the yogurt with olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, chopped mint, and chives. Lightly salt and pepper.

    Finally, add the cucumber and mix well. Let the mixture sit in the fridge before serving.
