- 30 g walnuts
- 90 ml olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 30 g grated Parmesan
- Salt

- Sourdough bread
- Salmon fillet
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pluck the parsley leaves and blend them together with walnuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the finest possible consistency. Finally, add olive oil and lemon juice. Blend again and season with salt.
Tip
The pesto is excellent on sourdough bread or can be used on salmon. Spoon the pesto over a portion of salmon and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
