INGREDIENTS
- 150 g finely grated carrots
- 10 g butter
- 35 g finely grated Parmesan
- 160 g cream cheese
- 5 drops fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- 8-10 sticks fresh cucumber
- 2 wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Heat butter in a pan and sauté the grated carrots on it.
- 2Put the sautéed, cooled carrots into a bowl, add Parmesan and cream cheese, and mix everything.
- 3Finally, season with salt to taste and add lemon juice.
- 4Spread the spread on both tortillas (not all the way to the edges, so it can be rolled up and the filling doesn't leak out), place cucumber sticks in the middle, and roll them up.
- 5Then cut the rolled tortillas into equally sized pieces.
Tip
Tortilla rolls are great for a snack at home or on the go.
