Preparation method

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda and mix.

In a second bowl, mix yogurt, kefir, milk, butter, and eggs. Whisk everything together and add to the bowl with the flour.

Now whisk everything together. Finally, add lemon zest and blueberries.

They are also great on their own and can be a perfect snack for children on the go.
