- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Mixed green salad
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 10 ml balsamic vinegar
- 30 g cream cheese
- 20 ml olive oil
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Cling film
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice half an avocado.
- 2Lay out an A4-sized piece of cling film on your kitchen counter.
- 3Place three slices of salmon side by side in the center of the film. Top the salmon with sliced avocado and then a tablespoon of cream cheese.
- 4Take the film from each side and gradually tighten it until the salmon comes together to form a ball.
- 5Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender.
- 6Place the mixed green salad on a plate, add the salmon ball, drizzle with dressing, and serve.
