  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g tuna tartare
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g red cabbage
  • 20 g yeast
  • 20 g green salad
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 60 g tomato
  • 15 g mayonnaise
  • 8 g soy sauce

Instructions

    Pour the flour into a pile and make a well in the center. Add salt, yeast, and warm water into the well.

    Process everything thoroughly until a dough forms from the mixture.

    Shape the dough into flatbreads and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes.

    Cut the bao flatbread in half, leaving it connected at one end.

    In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Then spread the resulting sauce on the inside of the flatbread.

    Cut the lettuce and green salad into strips, slice the tomato, and add them to the flatbread.

    Finally, add pieces of tuna and serve.
