INGREDIENTS
- Rohlik's hamburger bun
- Gervais or fresh cheese
- Slice of cheese
- Little gem lettuce
- Roasted ham or porchetta
- Slices of hard-boiled free-range egg
- Slices of cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Salt
- Optionally mayonnaise (can be omitted)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut off the top of the bun, approximately one-third of its height, to create a 'lid'. Scoop out the remaining larger part.
- 2Spread the created inner space on the bottom and sides with anything to your taste, reinforce with a slice of cheese, layer other ingredients to your taste, and cover with the lid, again spread with what you like.
- 3Cover and secure with toothpicks before cutting the bun in half.
