INGREDIENTS FOR PASTA SALAD
- 350 g pasta, e.g., macaroni
- 2 large fleshy tomatoes
- 50 g mixed leafy greens
- 200 g prosciutto crudo
- 200 g cremini mushrooms
- 2 rohlíky
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 2 heaped tablespoons honey
- 2 heaped tablespoons French mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoons hot water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- 2Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Mix all ingredients together until a smooth dressing is formed.
- 3Once the pasta is cooked, rinse it with cold water.
- 4Dice the tomatoes. Also dice the prosciutto slices, and slice the mushroom caps.
- 5Sauté the prosciutto in a pan; once it releases fat, add the mushrooms and sauté together until the mushrooms are soft.
- 6Mix the pasta with tomatoes, salad, and toss with the dressing.
- 7Add the sautéed prosciutto with mushrooms, then season the salad with pepper and salt to taste, if needed.
- 8In the same pan, toast the diced rohlíky until crispy. Serve the salad with crispy croutons.
