INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH (1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 2 cups coarse flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar,
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

  • 2 soft quarks (500 g)
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

YOU WILL ALSO NEED

  • Baking paper
  • Wooden skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix all ingredients for the dough together.

    In a second bowl, mix all ingredients for the filling.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the dough onto the sheet.

    Spread the dough evenly over the entire baking sheet.

    Take a teaspoon and use it to place the quark filling onto the cocoa dough. Make regular dollops with approximately 1.5 cm spacing.

    Then, using a skewer, connect the quark filling with the cocoa dough. Do this by inserting the skewer into the dough on one side and dragging it along the bottom to the other side, connecting the entire baking sheet in this manner. Then turn the baking sheet vertically and do the same.

    Bake for approximately 25-35 minutes at 180 °C.

    Check if the cake is baked by inserting a skewer.

    Let the cake cool down and finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
