  • 700 g sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 215⁠–⁠220 °C and line a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) with parchment paper.

    Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into slices about 2 cm thick, and then cut these into fries about 1.5⁠–⁠2 cm wide.

    In a bowl, mix the fries with 2 tablespoons of oil, cornstarch, lime zest, ground paprika, salt, and pepper, then arrange them on the lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 25⁠–⁠30 minutes at 215⁠–⁠220 °C. Turn the fries halfway through baking.

    After baking, you can serve the fries immediately.

    Drizzle the fries with lime juice before serving.
