CRISPY CABBAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients except the cabbage into a bowl. Mix well to create a smooth batter without lumps.

Squeeze the cabbage, place it into the bowl with the batter, and mix.

Heat the oil to a temperature of around 170-180 °C and fry the cabbage until crispy. Add it to the oil gradually in small, even drops to prevent it from sticking together during frying. After frying, let the cabbage drain on a paper towel.
