Preparation method

Ingredients overview

  • 600 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 g dark chocolate 50 %
  • 200 g frozen mango
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons un-melted coconut oil

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix with half of the white yogurt and season with 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend the mango with the other half of the yogurt. Add 4 tablespoons of honey or to taste and the un-melted coconut oil. Mix everything together. The mixture should be semi-frozen so that it can be worked with.

Now we will form the balls. Fill a piping bag first with one mixture and then with the other. Use a decorating tip with the smallest possible opening. Place baking paper on a cutting board or a firm surface that fits into your freezer, and form tiny balls on it. If you want them to be truly perfect, press down any tip that forms during creation with a toothpick. Then freeze overnight.

Chef's tip

This is ideal fun for Children's Day - they can mix the ingredients themselves, and you can then just help them with forming the balls.
