  • 3 larger ripe bananas
  • 200 ml 33% whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 8 ice cream cones
  • A handful of pecans
  • A handful of dark chocolate
  • A handful of dried banana slices
  • A pinch of sea salt

Lightly fry the bananas on a dry pan until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 minutes), then let them cool down and place them in the freezer. Once the bananas are frozen, blend them together with cream, tahini paste, honey, vanilla, and salt until a smooth cream forms.

Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate (save a little for garnish).

Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer, ideally overnight, to freeze (at least 6 hours). Serve the ice cream in a cone, sprinkled with nuts, chocolate, and dried bananas.
