INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g fine oat flakes
  • 150 g softened butter
  • 6 dates
  • 3 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
  • pinch of salt
  • 30 g crushed freeze-dried raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place the oats, butter, dates, cocoa, and salt into a blender container and blend.

    Form balls from the mixture and coat them in crushed freeze-dried raspberries. You can also coat them in chopped nuts, such as pistachios.

    Store in an airtight container in a cool place for a maximum of 2 weeks.
