INGREDIENTS
- 250 g fine oat flakes
- 150 g softened butter
- 6 dates
- 3 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 30 g crushed freeze-dried raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place the oats, butter, dates, cocoa, and salt into a blender container and blend.
- 2Form balls from the mixture and coat them in crushed freeze-dried raspberries. You can also coat them in chopped nuts, such as pistachios.
- 3Store in an airtight container in a cool place for a maximum of 2 weeks.
