  • 80 g semi-skimmed curd
  • 1/3 banana
  • Chicory syrup
  • Espresso or other strong coffee
  • Cocoa for decoration

    Brew strong coffee, sweeten it with chicory syrup, and let it cool.

    Prepare a suitable container - you can prepare one serving in a wide glass, if you are making more servings, you can use a baking dish.

    Dip the biscuit into the coffee for about 2 seconds and place it at the bottom of the container. Layer sliced banana on top and spread with curd. Continue with another soaked biscuit, banana, and curd until you create the desired number of layers (here three).
